4. Service Terms and Conditions
4.1 Consultation and Quotation
Initial consultations are provided free of charge. Written quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Installation Services
Installation services will be performed by qualified technicians in accordance with industry standards and applicable regulations. Access to the property and utilities must be provided as agreed.
4.3 Equipment and Materials
We provide equipment and materials as specified in service agreements. Equipment remains our property until full payment is received.
5. Payment Terms
- A deposit may be required before work commences
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
- Late payment may incur interest charges at a rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate
- We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts
6. Warranties and Guarantees
6.1 Installation Warranty
We provide a 12-month warranty on installation workmanship from the date of completion. This covers defects in installation but does not cover equipment failures.
6.2 Equipment Warranty
Equipment is covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist with warranty claims but are not responsible for equipment failures beyond our control.
6.3 Warranty Exclusions
Warranties do not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from external factors (power surges, water damage, etc.)
- Software updates or compatibility issues
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about property and requirements
- Ensuring safe access to installation areas
- Maintaining internet connectivity and power supply
- Following operating instructions and safety guidelines
- Notifying us promptly of any issues or concerns
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the value of services provided
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- We maintain professional indemnity and public liability insurance
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
11. Cancellation and Termination
11.1 Customer Cancellation
You may cancel services before work commences with 48 hours written notice. For services under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a 14-day cooling-off period.
11.2 Our Right to Terminate
We may terminate services for:
- Non-payment of invoices
- Breach of these terms
- Safety concerns or inability to access the property
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.
13. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve disputes amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached:
- Disputes may be referred to mediation
- Legal disputes are subject to English law and UK court jurisdiction
- Consumers may use alternative dispute resolution schemes
14. Consumer Rights

15. Changes to Terms
